Accounts Payable Clerk
We are looking for an energetic member to join our accounting team!
Primary Responsibilities
- Accurately review, code, and process vendor invoices
- Track approval process for all pending invoices
- Perform monthly reconciliations of vendor statements
- Make sure vendor information is up to date
- Process check requests and expense reports on a regular basis
- Review and reconcile invoice discrepancies
- Audit and process credit card statements
- Address and respond to vendor inquiries
- Additional Duties as assigned by Management
